Okay, so I have been away for quite a while (not since the end of May) but things got a bit hectic. We had friends staying with us for about three weeks, and by then I had fallen ou t of the habit. So now I am back! Some new things will be added to the menu this week as I have decided to take my lunch rather than eat in the Employee Dining Room (EDR). The food choices are not what most would call healthy and it is all buffet-style. And the lunches I have decided to take are Bento-box style, so today I will be making the rice and separating out the ramen that will be part of my lunches.
