Return to Menu Plan Mondays

Okay, so I have been away for quite a while (not since the end of May) but things got a bit hectic. We had friends staying with us for about three weeks, and by then I had fallen ou t of the habit. So now I am back! Some new things will be added to the menu this week as I  have decided to take my lunch rather than eat in the Employee Dining Room (EDR). The food choices are not what most would call healthy and it is all buffet-style. And the lunches I have decided to take are Bento-box style, so today I will be making the rice and separating out the ramen that will be part of my lunches.

 

Breakfasts:

Eggs

Ham

Bacon

Cereal

Bagels

 

Lunches:

Brown Rice

Ham

Dinner Leftovers

Ramen

Salad

Fruit Cups

Applesauce

 

Dinners:

Roast Chicken with Potatoes and Butternut Squash

Braised-Beef with Carrots, Onions, and Potatoes

Vegetable Lasagna

Polish Sausages

YOYO ( You’re on your own)

Menu Plan Monday

Well hello again! This week was not all that busy, helped a friend move and went to a party for an hour or so. This upcoming week is mostly relaxtion, a work event on Wednesday, a meeting of Very Awesome Girls on Thursday, and this weekend will be spent preparing for some friends to come in from out of town!

Menu Plan Monday

So…let me tell you about my weekend. On Friday, I swam and went out to First Friday with some friends, finally hit up Blackbird Studios which had some amazing artwork on display. Saturday was Free Comic Book Day, so my and my girls hung out at Alternate Reality Comics, gave away free cupcakes, and grubbed at Muncheeze (fabulous by the way), then headed over to Maximum Comics 2.0. Next on the agenda was a graduation party for a highschool friend, and Dr. Who at home with my husband, who then went with me to see Tokyo Gore Police for free at Rave Theaters (hosted by Maximum Comics). Sunday we mostly relaxed except for going out to Insert Coins for a friend’s birthday!

The plan for this week? Swimming every day, and helping a friend move this weekend. Oh and of course there is another great party on Saturday too!

So this is my menu plan for the week:
